Provide PDF and, when available, STEP, revision date, critical fits and datums.

Material & finish
Specify grade, thickness, plating, contact surfaces and operating conditions, not just a material abbreviation.

Quantity & stage
Separate samples, first order and estimated annual usage, with target timing and a validation plan.
- 04
Inspection & records
List critical dimensions, inspection methods, material/compliance records, COC and packaging needs.
