INSPECTION
Agree the method before assessing the result.
Dimensions & materials
Combine in-house profile projection, vision measurement and spectrometry with program-specific partner CMM, coating-thickness, hardness, tensile and environmental testing. Capability, method and sampling are agreed item by item.
Make inspection requirements explicit
Specify datums, locations, individual or averaged values, acceptance limits and revision. A generic report does not replace exception handling, reinspection or customer approval.
